What Is Roto-Lining?

Rotational lining (roto-lining) is an advanced manufacturing process where your physical metal tank or vessel acts as the mold itself to form a thick, structural plastic barrier directly inside your equipment.

High-performance thermoplastic resin is carefully measured and placed directly inside your prepared steel vessel.

The entire metal structure is mounted into a specialized oven and physically rotated along multiple axes.

As heat passes through the steel walls, the resin melts and coats every internal square inch evenly.

The molten polymer fuses directly to the metal substrate, creating a thick, rugged interior shell rather than relying on a thin spray coat or a loose, flimsy insert.
