Zach started working at Integrity part time when he was just sixteen years old as a Material Mixer where he would process anywhere from 2-3 thousand pounds an hour of material for the production team. Zach moved his way up in the company one step at a time paying his dues and mastering each craft. Zach has done the work of part finisher, machine helper, machine operator, shift lead, shift supervisor to Integrity’s quality engineer. Zach left Integrity for 2 years helping another Rotational Molder become more efficient and profitable as their Plant Manager. Zach returned home in 2024 a seasoned plant manager with a strong track record of success. Zach was rehired into his current position as Plant Manager for the company. Zach is passionate about providing an enjoyable work environment, driving success through collaboration and dedication to his staff and the company.
