Wage commensurate on experience up to $20.00+/Hour + Full-Time + Benefits
Day Shift – 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
POSITION SUMMARY
Ensures smooth operations and minimizes down-time by keeping manufacturing
and support equipment functioning safely and to specifications
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Performs as required duties in the installation, replacement, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and facility equipment using best practices
- Performs scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs to all production equipment
- Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs as required
- Performs maintenance skills, but not limited to, machinist duties, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic
- Troubleshoot, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems
- Cleans, lubricates, equipment, and machinery
- Dismantle machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs
- Examines equipment for defects such as breakage and excessive wear
- Observes and tests the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using testing devices
- Replace or repair broken worn or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment
- Tests newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the proper operation of the repairs
- Studies blueprints and manufacturers’ manuals to determine correct installation and operation of machinery.
- Knowledge of PLC ladder logic and PLC programing is a plus
- Supplies and uses a variety of hand and power tools
- Maintains positive working relationships with coworkers
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Able to perform the job successfully with little or no supervision, an individual must be able to perform each job safely and satisfactorily.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in machinery maintenance, electrical components, and pneumatics. Minimum 3 years preferred
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred
- Competency using a wide variety of tools

We are currently seeking Rotational Molding machine operators to join our team that would be responsible for operating rotational molding machines using standard operating procedures to produce high-quality rotational molded products.
