PLAINFIELD, IN — Integrity Rotational Molding, LLC celebrated a major milestone on October 28, 2025, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its Plainfield headquarters.
The event, orchestrated by the Plainfield Chamber of Commerce , recognized the company’s growth, new product line launch, plant expansion, and continued investment in advanced manufacturing jobs in Hendricks County.
Distinguished guests slated to attend included Indiana’s Lieutenant Governor, Micah Beckwith, and State Senator, R. Michael Young, alongside representatives from the Hendricks County Work Release Department.
A New Era of Growth and Innovation
A key highlight of the celebration was the official launch of Integrity Commercial Products. This new, dedicated division features a re-engineered line of highly durable, U.S.-made rotational molded janitorial and foodservice equipment. The product line includes trash receptacles, dome-top lids, tilt trucks, dunnage racks, and ice caddies, all built for higher durability and better ergonomics. The ribbon cutting also capped a year of major acceleration for the company. This includes the installation of a new Ferry RS-220E machine for high-output, multi-cavity production and the launch of Phase One of a planned 22,000-sq.-ft. facilities expansion coordinated with local officials.
A Commitment to Plainfield and U.S. Manufacturing
Terry Stemple, Owner/CEO of Integrity Rotational Molding, emphasized the company’s commitment to the community and dependable U.S. supply chains.
“Today is about momentum—ours and Indiana’s,” said Terry Stemple. “We’re expanding smartly so we can serve more customers with speed, quality, and dependable U.S. supply, while creating great manufacturing careers right here in Plainfield”.
Looking to the Future
This event marks just the beginning of Integrity’s strategic growth. A multi-year plan outlines a Phase Two expansion that includes a 250,000-sq.-ft. warehouse, enhanced building-to-building logistics, and room for additional rotational molding machines.
This forward-looking plan positions Integrity to transition from a small-business footprint to a mid-sized manufacturer targeting $25–30 million in annual revenue. Even as it scales, the company remains focused on its “family-business” culture, underscored by recent investments in upgraded employee amenities and benefits.
