Brandon Sorenson Engineering Manager, with over 18 years of invaluable experience in rotational molding, seamlessly transitions from his early days as a machine helper to his current role as Engineering Manager. His journey epitomizes the essence of leadership development and progression within the industry. Brandon’s tenure spans from supervisor to senior engineer, culminating in his current position. He embodies the belief that effective leadership is not shrouded in mystery but is a skill honed through practice and dedication. Watching an idea become a physical object used in daily life. I started in this industry on the toy side so my love started there knowing what I was making was going to bring joy to kids and families. I still have that same love today knowing that the farmer is going to help feed this country with something I helped make.

The opportunity to grow and master my craft, while being a part of a genuine team, not just a number in a payroll system – my voice is heard and I matter.

Spend time with family; sports. I like football and basketball the most.

I have a 16-yr old son, Bryce; I enjoy spending time with him, watching and being part of his playing high school sports (football and basketball)
